Personality

     The mental problems seemed to best sum up his attitude. Curious, cold, logical, efficient, highly intelligent, and lethal, Bo is utterly ruthless and likes money, sex, power, and feeling like a big shot. Of course, this has led to his rather bad reputation, which means he is not well liked by other Demon Hunters, while his targets will often attempt to do anything to stop him. Bo is gruff, rude, and always speaks his mind. He has few social graces, always swearing and telling people exactly what he thinks of them, which is very little. He will kill over the slightest insult, and disposes of several characters in Rhy'Din City (including Rhine, Leon Strider, and Zaike) without a second thought. He considers himself the world's greatest assassin (and rightly so) and may fight an opponent with only one finger (or some similar stunt) in order to show how good he is.
     Throughout his life, Bo goes through a complex mental and emotional growth. He effectively starts as a naive young man, and at the end of the century is a mentally strong and sure adult man. Bo was portrayed as an ultra-macho borderline psychopath in the earliest appearances, but has evolved into a much more complex and sympathetic character. Very deep, Bo lives his personalities like his life, to the fullest, and with a touch of recklessness. Although his stubbornness is a constant with him, he can be dark and brooding, quiet and highly introspective, or near maniacal and kill-happy, depending on the circumstances. A mix of ex-Jock and ex-military man, a Led Zeppelin fan and faithful guardian, Bo is a killer with a conscience. It is unclear if he realizes just how far he has fallen in the eyes of his few peers.
     He still clings to the impossible hope of raising his children right, and vents his anger on Scythe for leaving the family, and her best friend Jordan putting the idea in her head.. However, throughout most of his life, Bo is a caring and hopeful man who attempts to see the good in people and is capable of much empathy. In combat, he is strong, sure, and quick in thought and action, one of the few times where things become clear for him. He dearly loves Luke and will protect him like any loving father would their children. Bo cares for the Akero brothers as if they were his own kin, and while he often shows irritation with Rahan Akero, it is clear that he is both fond of and protective of the man. Bo has been making recent efforts to get more in touch with his gentler side, but so far that hasn't stopped him from killing people.
     In the earlier parts of his life, he would even forget that he was a cyborg during times he was occupied with other thoughts, often leading to awkward physical moments. He's also possessive, especially in matters of love. If you win his heart, he's going to make sure you remember that you're his as well; mild death threats from his desire to keep someone no matter what the cost not being beyond him if it carries itself too far. But he'll always convert to his love-struck happiness in the end if all goes well, or he can see promise in continuing it, assured that love will defeat any problems of straying minds. He takes his relationships seriously, to the point of not wanting to live anymore, or finding no worth in his life, if he loses someone. He also doesn't take kindly to losing (or traitors), either. Finally, he isn't above cheating to further his own ends.
     Bo is Walker's gunner, and has a few amusing comments on what the M-16 is really good for (digging for mines, drying clothing, and so on.). Bo doesn't like to use grenades or gadgets, but is competent with them.
