GC's can use the guild gold pool to purchase items and hand them out as rewards for deeds or whatnot as well. Personal purchases are to be taken straight to the DA, and confirmed with the President.

~Modifiers~

Modifiers are an interesting situation as they are rare to purchase. They usual are earned for some grander feat or what not. Modifiers in UGoI can onlly be applied for. To do such, write a missive to the DA and President and such will be over viewed and decided upon.

Fall same as modifiers, spells are to be sent into the President and DA and will be returned with thier proper rolls and effects.
